The conference will be held on the M.I.T. campus. The preferred hotel is walking distance from the campus. The exact rooms will be announced to confirm attendees shortly.

Travel and Lodging Information:

There are a lot of people in town the weekend of April 15th (ahead of the Boston Marathon and a major Red Sox homestand.

We have arranged a large block at the Marriott Cambridge but you MUST reserve early as rooms not used will be released back to circulation by March 25.

When booking your room the rate at the Marriot is $189/night. Please mention "M.I.T. Conference" when booking your room to get this rate.

Please also note if you book only a Saturday night stay the rate will be over $200.00 because our deal requires either a Friday or Friday and Saturday stay over.
