Windows 2000/ME/XP users: We have experienced haphazard compatibility with these operating systems. Our testing indicates that VU does operate on these versions of Windows. However, if you experience graphical display problems you should upgrade your system to the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft, any system updates and service packs as well as ensure you are running the latest version of your graphic card's drivers.
If you experience further problems with graphics display please see our
technical support faq
.
Microsoft offers an excellent upgrade service via its
Windows Updates
service that helps with installing such upgrades. This includes graphics card drivers, although we also recommend you check with your graphics card or system vendor.
